Fairly clean hip new hotel with superfriendly and amicable staff. Brand-new and perfectly clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed and quiet in the evenings. Climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television in the room. Great location, next door to Big c Extra, truly enjoyed this place. Also - right by shops and food outlets as well as the island. Nice pool, parking on-site. Nice comfy base for exploring Pattaya.

The twin/double room I had was outstanding. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

everything was simply great. we enjoyed this well presented place and its marvellous location. location: the hotel was just off the island for a couple of nights, shops and food outlets, and hill. the staff was attentive and helped with the free parking.

The breakfast could have been better. Although there were three Thai-only menu options, we would have preferred a wider variety.

Quiet location to a shopping mall.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. They even provided a beach bag and tumbler, which was a nice touch. The location was not right by the beach, but it was convenient to have songtaew taxis nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to providing information on tourist activities and bike rental services. I enjoyed my stay at Deeprom and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast was a disaster, there were limited options and the food was not that great. The loud noise from the nearby main road and noisy drivers was quite disturbing.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The complimentary welcome and farewell drinks and snacks were a nice touch. We loved the filtered water station and the fact that they provided water bottles for guests to fill up. The clean pool and relaxing hammock were perfect for unwinding. The location was convenient, with no issues using Grab/Bolt for transportation. The design of the hotel showcased the local Thai tradition, which we found lovely. The rooms were cute and spacious, and there was even a workshop on how to make Thai dessert. we had a great stay and the staff made us feel welcome.

Best aspects were the friendly and polite staff with a constant smile, the clean and cozy room with a very big and comfortable bed and the hotel's modern and stylish decoration. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a nice pool, speedy WiFi, a beach bag, and a tumbler provided for guests. We also appreciated the transportation options nearby, like the songtaew taxi and parking availability.

I keep coming back to this hotel because it has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi and parking to a 24-hour reception. The staff even gave me a local food delivery number on my first stay. Can't wait to be here for Christmas!
